Shipping, Refunds and Returns Policy


Shipping time is 6-10 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Expedited shipping is not available at this time.


Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection of the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund will is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 14 business days.

Damaged/Defective Items

Items that are defective or damaged will be replaced at no extra cost. A picture of the item may be necessary.


If you need to exchange an item, such as for a different size, please send us an email at so we can assist you.


If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, store credit will be offered upon acceptance of the return.
